At Rudy Project, we stand by the quality of our performance eyewear and helmets. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Shipping Label

  Once your request is authorized, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure tracked and secure delivery.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, including all cases, microfiber pouches, and spare lenses, to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
